I have been working in the fitness industry for the past 6 years and have been personal training for the last 3. I have a degree in Exercise Science and am currently pursuing a degree in Occupational Therapy. I Iove what I do, I take a personal and individualized approach with each one of my clients. I have experience working with people of all ages and capabilities. Creating an exercise regimen is the easy part of my job, that part that challenges me and keeps me going is motivating clients. Not all days will be “good days” but it’s my job to find your drive and get you moving! The routines I create are dynamic, adaptive and fun. I like to challenge my clients to a capacity I know they can reach.
