Introducing our new class to Mybody Complex. HIT180 is our new and innovative style of a break a sweat workout not your back . We do not use theories or methods to get you shredded. We make sure you burn calories build strength from the core out and upgrade yourself to a new you.

The purpose of this class is to keep the heart rate consistently elevated at an aerobic level to guarantee dramatic fitness results in under an hour. Participants will engage in a series of cardio and strength training exercises with brief rest breaks in between. Because this program focuses on both cardio and strength, it is fast-paced and more stimulating than a typical class. Not only will you burn calories, but you will have fun in the process!
